OUR PRODUCTS Magnetically driven pumps transfer power via a drive magnet (attached to the motor) through the impeller magnet to the impeller. The impeller magnet can be encapsulated with a variety of coatings to protect it and ensure that no metal comes into contact with the pumped solution. Impeller Motor Bracket No drive seals. n Complete separation of the liquid. n Reduced friction. n Motor Front Housing Drive Magnet Rear Housing Reliable and Long Lasting Friction has been significantly reduced and with no seals, liquid cannot seep into the motor from the pump. No Heat Transfer from Motor The pump chamber is separated from the motor by an air gap, this provides a thermal barrier. Efficient and Quiet Power wasted through frictional loss is significantly reduced which produces an efficient and quiet pumping process. Easily Maintained The pump head can be easily dis-assembled and components quickly replaced. Built-in Overload Protection If overloaded, the magnetic coupling breaks drive to provide protection for the motor from burn-out. High Temperature Compatible With the right materials it is possible to pump liquids up to 173 oC .
