Welcome Aboard!
Please welcome Rocky Plouvier to our company as the new Director of
Compliance. Rocky comes to us from Pioneer Services, where he had
spent over 23 years, beginning his career in lending and collections and
eventually holding numerous senior management roles including Director of
Collections, Chief Credit Officer, Director of Audit and Compliance,
Director of Business Development and Sales Finance, and Director of
Customer Resolution. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Math and Economics from Montana State University.
Rocky is currently in the process of moving from Kansas City, MO to
Norfolk, VA where he is already hard at work helping us improve our
processes and procedures. Rocky has a wife and two daughters, Megan
and Madison, ages 21 and 18. Rocky coached Megan’s softball team from
the time she was 6 years old and she attends college on a softball scholarship. Madison is a finalist in the Kansas City Shooting Star program for
theatre performance. His family will remain in Kansas City until they finish
college.
