I attended PDA ’ s first Family Vacation Dental Conference and experienced excellent CE programs at a beautiful resort . I thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie of my colleagues and their families , so I couldn ’ t wait to get started planning the 2024 conference for all my PDA friends . Registration for this year ’ s meeting is open and it is my pleasure to invite everyone to attend August 15-17 ! The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort , Spa and Marina is a AAA Four Diamond property with plenty to offer those seeking relaxation and adventure . The resort includes a 150-slip marina , 3 pools , rental cabanas , full-service spa , and a Kids Camp for children ages 4-12 . And , the Hyatt is pet friendly !

The conference is August 15-17 , but you are encouraged to extend your stay at the Hyatt and take advantage of the discounted room rate of $ 281 ( including the resort fee ; some additional taxes apply ) three days before and three days after the meeting based on availability . PDA ’ s negotiated rate is lower this year because the golf course is undergoing some renovation and may not be open during the conference . Our meeting is at the end of the renovation period so the golfers in our group might be among the first to play on the new surface depending on how quickly the new grass grows .
