Use Tags to Customize Your News Feed
PDA Go is already a phenomenal tool . By selecting your preferred topics in your news feed , via the “ tags ” feature , you can add even more value .
In the PDA Go newsfeed just below the search bar at the top are buttons , “ All ” and “ Tags ,” with an additional “ My Groups ” tag visible to android users . Tapping on the “ Tags ” button brings up a list of the hashtags ( in alphabetical order ) that have been attached to news feed items to help you filter content .
If , for example , you check tags like # Advocacy , # ContinuingEducation or # DEIC , then tap Done at the upper right corner of your screen , your news feed will be populated with only stories containing those tags . Tapping the Tags button again takes you back to your normal newsfeed , complete with all content .

We have 15 primary tags which appear in your news feed items in green . Our primary tags are : ADA | Advocacy | Continuing Education ( CE ) | Dental Students Fluoridation | Legislation | Member Advantage ( PDAMA ) Membership | New Dentists | PADPAC | PDM Pennsylvania Dental Journal ( PDJ ) | Quick Tips | Webinar Workforce
Bookmarks
Another feature you can use to enhance your PDA Go experience is the Bookmarks tool . If you see an interesting post in the news feed but maybe don ’ t have the time to read it at the moment , or want to be sure you can easily access it again in the future , Bookmarks allows you to do just that . Tapping the bookmark icon at the bottom of your screen will make it simple to find again . Whenever you want to read that item , go to your profile in the app ( under the “ More ” tab ), and your saved items now appear in the “ Bookmarks ” window below your name and will remain there as long as you need them . When you no longer need the item just go back to the news feed and tap “ Bookmarked .”
