• The Web Design Review Team was established and met virtually to review the initial sets of wireframes , with the goal of identifying the likes / dislikes of each and eventually narrowing it down to a final design .
• Up next - the fun part of choosing a color scheme . It was important that the colors be Americans with Disabilities Act accessible , including passing color blindness contrast checks . We also wanted to keep some of the familiarity of the old site , but add in some bright and modern colors .

Tamara Brady , Chair , Communications & Public Relations Advisory Group . “ The new design is very intuitive , attractive and informative for members and will allow the public an easy-to-navigate format to find relevant information on Pennsylvania Dental Association members .”
After many meetings and conversations , long days , nights and weekends , a consensus was reached , and on May 12 , the final designs were sent to ISG for their developers to begin bringing the designs to life . Other upgrades included the Social Network ( SoNet ) and the mobile version of the website . Both were updated to match the new design quite nicely !

• Much communication took place in a dedicated group chat on PDA Go . We also utilized Google docs and forms to work toward a group consensus on the design .
