Spotlight on: The biewer Terrier

Description: The Biewer Terrier is a small toy dog known for its long, silky coat and cheerful personality. Originally developed in Germany in the 1980s, the breed descends from the Yorkshire Terrier. It has a distinctive tri-color pattern- white, black( or blue), and tan. Their white base coat is one of the key features that distinguishes them from the Yorkshire Terrier, with whom they are often confused.
Temperament: Biewer Terriers are affectionate and devoted to their families. They are playful and energetic, good with children, and friendly and social when properly introduced. Biewer Terriers thrive on human companionship and do best in homes where they receive plenty of attention. Their intelligence and eagerness to please make them very responsive to training, which is recommended because they can be a bit stubborn. Biewers are alert, protective, confident, and have a bold terrier spirit, which make them good watchdogs despite their small size. Overall, the Biewer Terrier is a charming, lively companion, ideal for individuals or families seeking a small but spirited dog with a glamorous appearance.
