Step 3
Starting at the outer edge of the cupcake, hold your piping bag upright. Pipe with steady, even pressure in a circular motion, working inwards and gently upwards. Once you reach the top, release pressure and lift away cleanly. Aim for smooth, consistent pressure for a neat swirl.
Step 4 Prepare the bunny ears. They’ re beautiful as they are, but I always love adding a little sparkle. Using the short bristle Sweet Sticks paintbrush from the Baking Box, gently dab rose gold glitter into the centre of each ear for a subtle shimmer.
Step 5 Carefully place the gold crown over the buttercream swirl so it sits evenly and securely.
