EMPLOYMENT LAW COMMITTEE- FEB. 2026
In February, PBCBA ' s Employment Law Committee hosted a CLE and networking reception at the Bar office. The afternoon program, From Courtroom to Compliance: An Update on Key Employment Issues, featured timely presentations covering Title VII litigation following The Ames Decision, recent employment law updates, immigration considerations for businesses, and practical guidance on ADA reasonable accommodations, followed by a reception for attendees.
