Save The Bay is offering one-hour seal tours around Newport Harbor during the chilly New England winter . Don ’ t miss them — these adorable “ dogs of the sea ” only stick around in cold temps , and tours operate through April . $ 22 for nonmembers ; $ 17 for Save The Bay members , seniors and children ages 3 – 12 ; free for children 2 and younger .
