We have kicked off the year with our Start Your Own Baking Business Live course and are full steam ahead with preparations for Cake Camp , coming to the Blue Mountains this June !
Planning is also well underway for the Festival of Cake , set to take place on October 11 – 12 at The Hordern Pavilion , Sydney , alongside the Australian Cake Decorating & Baking Industry Awards .
