Step 31 Finish off the flourishes with medium sized sprinkles . I have added one per flourish , just at the top .
Step 32 Drain and pat dry your cherries . Patting them dry with a paper towel is important to avoid leaking cherry syrup onto your cake . Gently roll the cherries into the glitter pot . No need for glue- the syrup is perfect to adhere the glitter ! Once glittered , gently place your cherries onto the swirls .
