With a stellar track record spanning many years , the November person of the month ’ s impact has been felt across various capacities , notably as a key witness in the Energy Benchmarking rulemaking process and a champion for Greystar ' s efforts in the Rule 28 Litigation . Beyond the courtroom , he has led the charge this year as the NAA PAC Chair , influencing the election of Congressional delegates supportive of the multifamily housing industry . He is also active on the AAMD Learning and Development team and a regular facilitator for the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor ( CAPS ) Credential where he shares his wisdom and wealth of knowledge with new and aspiring regional property managers .

Our December Person of the Month is the true definition of service with a smile . Being brand new to AAMD leadership in 2024 , she hit the ground running , maintained a positive attitude while having to pivot , and constantly showed up . She recruited new committee members , remained engaged , and led by example while co-chairing her committee . On top of it all , she is as sweet as the treats she bakes .
