Outline and flood your sun cookie in white and put these cookies in your oven / dehydrator .

Take out your paddle pop cookie and outline / flood the white part of the cookie . Use your black icing and fill in the eyes by squeezing your icing into the middle and holding it there , keep squeezing until the eye socket has been filled . Whilst the black is still wet , squeeze a little white icing onto your scribe tool and place it in a corner of the eye to give him a twinkle ! Put this cookie back in the oven / dehydrator .
