1 ) Poker Face - Natasha Lyonne finally gets the showcase she has deserved since she started stealing every film or TV show she has been part of from age 6 ' til today ( she played Opal on Pee Wee ' s Playhouse !). This series , from director / writer Rian Johnson ( Glass Onion ) is so much fun , from identifying the stars playing cameo roles to watching Lyonne , who plays a character who knows when everybody is lying , try to figure out each case . Watch it ! - on Peacock ... 2 ) Magic Mike ' s Last Dance - Channing Tatum gives his fans what they want - again . But this franchise belongs to another era , and this film is a pure money grab ... watch it for Tatum ' s charms only . I ' ll leave it up to you ... in theatres ... 3 ) Your Place or Mine - It is hard to make a romantic comedy when the two stars involved don ' t have much chemistry . Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher try , but this flick lost me in the first scene , and never got much better ... ho hum . Avoid it ! - on Netflix ... 4 ) The Last of Us - Critics love this video game come to life , and so do many viewers . Make up your own mind when you watch it on HBO Max ... 5 ) Shrinking - From some of the crew that created Ted Lasso , I had high hopes for this series - but I ' m still waiting - because I want more out of a show that stars Jason Segel and Harrison Ford than this familiar tale of a shrink trying to find his footing after the death of his wife .... follow along on Apple +....
