Step 1
Mix together enough blue colour into the buttercream until desired colour is achieved .
Step 2 Fit piping bags with tips . Arrange coupler with # 32 small open star tip . Fill piping bags with blue buttercream , with a larger amount for the # 1M tip .
Step 3 Place cake on your turntable for ease of decorating . Start piping medium and larger rosettes using the # 1M tip first onto your cake . Ensure they are positioned on the top half of your design remembering that there is no exact placement required- it is a very organic design so have fun !
