Step 1 Create your textured tree transfers by piping light green icing in a triangle shape of the Criss Cross Sweet Sheet . Refer to the layout sketch for sizing . Use your scribe tool to straighten the edges and bring the corners to a neat point . Put in dehydrator on 35C for 10 minutes and set aside to dry .
Step 2 Outline and flood the sky . Shake lightly to encourage the icing to level . Use your scribe to nudge icing to right up to the edges and to pop any pesky bubbles that have formed in the icing . Shake again to settle .
Step 3 Lay the Twinkle Texture Sheet icing using a rolling motion moving from one side to the other . Using a dry brush , gently brush across the Sweet Sheet to encourage the sheet to bond with the icing . Start in the middle , use light pressure working your way to the edge to remove bubbles .
