Step 4 Repeat steps two and three until desired ombre effect is achieved . Slightly shifting the central line across will help this process along .
Step 5 Place knit texture stamp on your bench , facing up . Place fondant over the top of it and roll firmly to create a strong , raised effect .
Step 6 Peel the fondant gently from the stamp and place onto your work area , dusted with cornflour .
Step 7 Step 8 Step 9 Use your arch cutter to cut your fondant , then stick down on your cookie with edible glue or water .
Dust your snowflake mould with cornflour . Using white fondant , press small pieces into each mould firmly .
Flip the mould and roll it upwards towards you , so they pop out . Sometimes you may need to softly guide them out with your finger so they don ’ t stretch .
