Step 1
Using a wrist flicking motion , apply your chocolate drip to each 4 corners of your cookie . Let the chocolate set before moving on to step 2 .
Step 2
Using palette knives , smear royal icing in any direction and in any areas you wish , to create some nice chunky texture around the cookie . I used a combination of white , pink and yellow for this particular design .
