My tip tips : I like to ensure my piping bag is tight at all times , I find it much harder to control the way the buttercream comes out . Soon as you can feel the bag getting loose , tighten it . You may need to stop a few times and clean your piping tip multiple times , sometimes buttercream can build up . I like to use a wetwipe . I prefer to pipe on a frozen cupcake , this helps set the buttercream quickly . And is a game changer in the summertime !
