Spring is almost here , and it is time for the CCC office staff to begin updating the Charbonneau Resident ’ s Directory .
This booklet is not just a resident directory . It also contains helpful information about Charbonneau businesses , homeowner associations , architectural control policies , and much more .
For those already listed , please check to make sure the information in the green-colored 2021 directory is current . The directory information includes resident phone numbers , and this information may have changed .
For instance , if you have canceled your landline and are now exclusively using your cell phone , please contact our offi ce so we can remove the landline from the directory . The phone company will reassign those canceled phone numbers to new clients , and those new clients will be receiving your phone calls . This can be very frustrating for all concerned .
The deadline for making changes is May 18 , which is the date of the CCC annual meeting .
If you have recently moved to Charbonneau , be sure to contact the CCC offi ce staff at 503-694-2300 or Office @ CharbonneauCountryClub . com and let them know how you would like to be listed in the directory . The directory will be printed and delivered by the post offi ce exclusively to Charbonneau addresses sometime in June .
