I want to start by thanking everyone who attended our Wine & Tapas night . The annual event is always an exciting evening , and we look forward to it each year !
With Spring around the corner , come join us on The Bridge ’ s Patio and enjoy a nice light spring cocktail from our new drink menu . May I recommend the “ Champagne Supernova ”. Here is the recipe to try at home : 1oz St . Augustine Vodka ½ oz St . Germain Elderflower Liquor 1oz Grapefruit juice Topped with champagne Garnished with rosemary sprig and cranberries Add Vodka , Elderflower , Grapefruit juice into mixing glass , shake and strain into Champagne Flute , top with Champagne and garnish .
With the pleasant weather coming we will also be starting music again on Thursday nights , here are some of the artists who will be joining us - Mellissa Joiner , Dylan McDonie , Big Jeff , OuterEdge ( Collin ).
