BASKETBALL OFFENSE & DEFENSE SKILLS SPRING BREAK CLINIC

Players will develop fundamental offensive skills including footwork , ball handling , passing , setting screens , and shooting . Defensive concepts such as stance work , man-to-man , zone , boxing out , and rebounding will also be introduced . Player instincts and quickness are enhanced through individual ball work , team situational drills and various game situations . Please bring a labeled water bottle and face covering .

T-BALL SPRING BREAK CLINIC

Learn the basics of batting , base running , catching , and throwing from SportsKids Inc . Using safe and developmentally appropriate equipment , core components of T-Ball are learned through a series of fun games and activities designed to reinforce fundamental skills and incorporate game situations . Remember to bring a labeled mitt , water bottle and face mask each day .

TUMBLING SKILLS SPRING BREAK CLINIC Keep up with your tumbling skills and get ready to learn some new ones in this clinic ! We walk you through proper body positions and teach you step-by-step how to do forward rolls , split jumps , handstands , L-kicks , cartwheels , backbends and more as well as build strength through conditioning exercises . Please bring a labeled water bottle and face covering .

PICKLEBALL SKILLS & GAMES CLINICS

Come join the growing trend of pickleball players in our area and learn how to play the game or improve your skills in this one-day clinic . This one-day clinic will include instruction on dinking , partner work , feet movements , lobs , drop shots , serves and more . Games will be played to reinforce the fundamentals learned . Please bring a face covering .
