Adult Dance

ADULT BALLET
Ballet is a wonderful way to stay in shape , be creative and enjoy the movement of dance . The instructor will modify movements for all abilities , focusing on the total movement for the dancer . All levels are welcome . Students will learn the basic positions , correct body alignment and an introduction to basic ballet terminology .

ADULT BALLET WITH ASHLEY HOGUE
This class will focus on placement and alignment while building strength and flexibility . Most classes are barre only . Students should have had at least one year of prior ballet training . Tuesday ' s class is more gentle , while the Thursday class is more challenging . it ' s recommended that students enroll in both Tuesday and Thursday , but this is not necessary . Ballet shoes required .
