Good day and welcome to your Kingdom Connection for March 2018- Week 4: MONDAY! iI'm soooooo excited about talking about the Lamb of God right in time for HOLY WEEK! This week will discuss 5 aspects of the Lamb as it relates to scripture from the Old Testament to NOW! I hope to have you absolutely PUMPED about Resurrection Sunday and ready to bring everyone you know to Church on Sunday or better yet- BE MY GUEST!! Today we will begin with where the Lamb and Salvation all began.

Many of us know the story of how Israel was held captive and were under the bondage of Pharaoh and Egypt in the Old Testament. The time had come for God to do a new work in the earth realm and He was ready to do it with Israel. This was based on a covenant He had made with Abraham in Genesis 12.

Once established Moses as the OX or Leader that would represent His soon to be people known as an Kingdom of Priest (Ex 19:6) He sent Moses to Pharaoh to, "Let My people go, so that they may worship Me" (Exodus 7, 8, 9, 10). God sent a total of 10 plagues to Egypt to show Pharaoh and the people of Egypt who the true and superior God really was. The final plague that caused Pharaoh to surrender was the death of the first born of EVERTYHING that did not have the BLOOD OF THE LAMB applied to the doorpost of their home the night the Death Angel passed by; hence THE PASSOVER LAMB!

God gave them SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS:

5. Your lamb shall be an unblemished male a year old; you may take it from the sheep or from the goats.

6. You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel is to kill it at twilight.

7 Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it

God REIGNED OVER THEIR OPPRESSOR

29 And it came to pass at midnight that the Lord struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock.

30 So Pharaoh rose in the night, he, all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where there was not one dead.

This is the PASSOVER

23 For the Lord will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you. .

God demonstrated that He was the greatest King ever by defeating their bondage and satanic ruler. Hence His
