www.newellstrength.com www.unlockingyourinnerstrength.com Do you remember a few years back when the ‘most interesting man in the world’ was all over those beer commercials? Ha, I can’t even remember which beer it was for but I do remember the man because the commercials were amusing and always had a story as to why he was the most interesting man in the world. Well, you have a world, your own little world. Understand that to each of us, we are the center of the universe. So when I say I am going to teach you how to be the most interesting man in the world, it is your world that I am referring to. Imagine this; you are jacked, yoked, lean, you are making a boat load of money and you have a lot of freedom and free time to live as you please, yet you are as boring as a door knob to your wife, children and friends. Having a conversation with you is like pulling teeth. When you do seem to get into a conversation, you always pull the story back to yourself rather than contributing something interesting. Yes, you can be interesting and fascinating but I’ll get to that in a minute. People seem to avoid you once they know that you aren’t a good conversationalist and that you have ZERO ability to entertain them. With the scenario I just painted for you across the canvas in the sky would make it so that having the body, the freedom and the moola would be pointless. Your own family doesn’t even want to be around you! I am willing to bet you have never thought of ‘interesting’ and ‘fascinating’ in this way before. For myself and many other people I know, I would rather get stuck in a conversation with a mean bastard that’ll at least say something funny every once in a while, versus someone that has the driest personality and most boring stories in the universe (which seems to happen to me quite a bit because I am a caring soul☺). Ah, brain science, how I love you so. You always seem to be at the root of all this weird stuff I like to write about… The human brain is wired for storytelling and fascinating information. Both of these two elements cause the brain to light up with imagination. Don’t for one second think that you don’t have the capacity to BE fascinating within you nor should you think for a split moment in time that you can’t tell interesting stories. So, how does one go about becoming a fascinating character? Man, I can go a thousand different ways with this topic, but I won’t. I will give you the straight and narrow that’ll make people want to start being around you and listening to you and asking your advice.
