Day Sponsorship -

All days are covered, although the change in courses didn't help, we managed to get
through it, and the end result was great
· Special mention to Halfway Ford, their sponsorship was amazing, additional prizes as well
· Gary Player remaining 50% will be taken care off by John Webster, so this will assist in the
as total lifting of the game and standard
needed prizes with the reduction in members playing this year – moving forward, we
need to have the allocation of prizes, their cost and then the people who are playing
need to have that cost burdened onto them to cover the costs
Monthly Prizes -

All new Prizes have gone down a treat and everyone is enjoying them especially the
Cadbury Hamper

CANSA have sponsored 6 tins of sun screen per game, 4 for prizes and then 2 for the
table to be able to protect yourself prior to playing
Networking
·
The platform is up and running, if I can be provided a list of all members first and
surname as well as email address, I will be able then to invite them and start the process
General
·
With most of the day sponsors and prize sponsors sorted, it will not be time to Focus on
Andrew Mentis, and then be able to also start looking at sorting out the Nationals Team
Kit and items
·
I had 2 guests play with me at Sheppie and they loved the whole feel and idea of
Nomads, they will be back for the Wild Coast game, and I will then present them for
potential on the meeting after that
·
I have been having a little bit of a communication gap between the treasurer since all
payments have been handed over to him, and taken away from Alison, I do hope this gets
better, as I need to know that all funds have been invoiced and that we are doing well, as
that is why I am a part of the team
