SWEET POTATO NOODLE STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS :
1 medium organic sweet potato , ~ 2 cups spiralized � cups broccoli florets 1 / 2 medium white onion , sliced 1 red bell pepper , sliced 1 cup organic button mushrooms , sliced 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp sesame seed oil 2 tbsp braggs liquid aminos salt & pepper
If you ’ re low on time but your belly needs nutrients , j ust mix a ton veggies together and call it a STIR F R Y ! This particular guy includes a variety of veggies , giving it a wonderful texture and combination of flavors� After receiving a spiralizer for Christmas , I have been “ INSPI�A�I��� ” to get more creative with my veggies ! A nd this is possibly the easiest way to get them in ! I also thoroughly enj oy this recipe on workout days because it ’ s like a bottomless pit of food that re-energizes me instead of throwing me into a food coma ! A nd you can always add a leaner cut of protein like chicken breast or shrimp !
COOKING UTENSILS : spiralizer large skillet cutting board
DIRECTIONS :
In a large skillet over medium-high heat , add sesame oil and garlic . A dd all veggies ( minus sweet potato noodles ) to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender . A dd in the sweet potato noodles , B raggs aminos and stir occasionally for another 3-5 minutes . I like my veggies al dente so you are more than welcome to saute for a few more minutes ! Serve hot and fresh with your favorite protein or by itself !
