Whether you are in a romantic relationship or not , or maybe you ’ re in a new exciting relationship or a good ol tried and true long lasting , I want to give you some healthy date night or date day ideas for you and your favourite person .
Picnic . Support at a local hormone free butcher or meat shop for those of us who eat meat , otherwise head to your local farmers market and load up on fresh , healthy goodies . Want to make it extra fitness focused� Take your picnic to the top of a mountain … by foot .
Cooking class . F ind a new ethnicity you ’ ve never tried , and learn something new together . Want to make it extra fitness focused� Call ahead to ensure that the produce is fresh local and organic , and opt for something other than italian )
Scenic bike ride . If you don ’ t own bikes ( I sure don ’ t ) head downtown and rent some . Want to make it extra F itness focused ? E verytime you pass a bridge ( or insert your choice ) You get off your bike and do 25 squats and a 30 second plank .

Acro Yoga . E ven if you don ’ t practice yoga , A cro yoga is a super fun and flirty way to work together and get a workout in at the same time .
Rock Climbing . Indoor clubs are popping up everywhere and whether you are a first timer or a seasoned mountaineer , this can be a super playful flirty date night .
H appy D ating , or friending … .. F or the record , these “ dates ” can all be done solo as well … … well except the A cro yoga … lol could be a challenge : )
