IRISH NIGHT AT EATON CORNER
Friday evening, the Bulwer Community Center went Irish green as the Eaton Corner Museum held their annual Irish Night. A full list of musicians were on tap to entertain, with close to 100 people in attendance. The entertainers included Marlene Lowry, Janice Lowry, Kendra Parnell, David McBurney, Ron Haseltine, The Drew Family, The Self-Ordained Professors, and many more. This Irish Night even had a group from Asbestos, Que. This group certainly traveled a long way to perform at the show.
The show kicked off at 7 p. m. sharp with Sharon Moore, president of the Eaton Corner Museum, welcoming all to their special show. It was then time to let the good times roll. The evening wound up at around 11 p. m. with all heading home on a cold snowy night, another huge success for the Eaton Corner Museum. This is a small but mighty museum that is growing every day. It houses local history and they are more than happy to show it to all who visit.
