Over the last 2 years, this 1924 Washington Street craftsman
charmer was renovated entirely by the current homeowners.
The couple, who purchased the home in 2011, is only the 3rd
occupant of the quaint bungalow. In fact, for extra money, the
backyard of this home and the neighbor’s home was sold to
build another home during the depression.
Work began in 2011 and included replacing all light fixtures,
completely repainting the entire interior, refinishing and
repainting kitchen cabinets, replacing hardware and appliances
in the kitchen, and new wall paper in the living room and dining room. The exterior was updated to include new landscaping
and hard-scaping, staining the existing fence and adding a new
fence along the south property line.
