Hours Monday & Tuesday 10 am - 8 pm Wednesday 10 am - 7 pm Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10 am - 6 pm Closed on Sundays and City Holidays Since 2008, Meridian-Kessler resident Jane Ruppert has volunteered her time and talent with Indianapolis Animal Care & Control (IACC).
