given each of us a gift. We want
to plug each person into their gift
and destiny.
We want to encourage a whole
body healthy life; including Mind,
body & spirit. We feel that when
we read God’s word daily, it
feeds our soul. When we choose
healthy food to eat it nourishes
our body. When we choose to
get up and move our body in
exercise, we have the best chance
at living the life God designed for
us to live. We do not pretend to
be experts in these areas and admit that we are not perfect. But
feel that goals are important and
something to move towards.
One on one time
Ever felt like you’ve approached the end of your
rope?
I know I have.
And as my car was parked on the side of the road,
and I felt all alone, I heard in a beautiful melody…..
Through my radio…..
That “I just need my, one on one time with You.”
I understand fully that the world can press you
beyond measure, but God is amazing, and I’m sure
One on One Time does the soul very good!
