This issue is full of great rides and shows from South to North and East to West. We start off with Hot and Dangerous
Gauge Girl Pretty Poison on the cover shot by the great photographer Nick Means. Our first feature comes by way
of Legendary Brad Walker who caught this Bad Ass 300 owned by Adam Lovette at The All Star event last year. Next
we venture to Iowa for the 20th Heartland Nationals put on by the crew at Good-guys. Twisted family member Rusty
Townsend hooked us up with the coverage. Second feature comes to us from Chris Fessler and his personal ride
Project Blazer that has grazed many page of magazine beside Gauge. This machine is sweet from top to bottom and
rumor has it, it s For Sale. Slamily Reunion in Arkansas is the next stop in show coverage. This was the 3rd year for Robbie
Bryant and crew and looks to be even bigger this year. Check out www.SlamilyReunion.com for info on 2012. Heading
out west to Colorado Jason Peckovitch got up with the Jenkins who finished up this Honda Civic called Jasons Dream
for their son Jason JJ who passed away in 2004. Very clean ride inside and out. Glad to see it got finished in his honor.
Next we head back to the Hoosier State better known as Indiana for the 4X4 Jamboree put on by the Special Events
at the Indianapolis Fairgrounds. Ryan Jason Hartley covered the festivities from Mud Runs to Monster Trucks to the
Hotties wearing the short shorts. Always a good time, especially when friends show up with Apple Pie! Last feature
of this issue is Low Lark owned by Greg Peterson up in the Sota. It s a Mean Ass 67 Buick Skylark wagon, that s right
wagon. Greg built this beauty for his business Extreme Powder Coating. Check out www.extremepowdercoating.net for
all your powder coating needs. Next we head down South for our next show coverage courtesy of Brad Walker of the
long running Slammin and Jammin in Knoxville, TN. Charlie Cobble and crew at Autoshow.cc have been putting this
great show on for many years. The Final stop in this March issue is the ever so wild Cruisefest Nationals. BLT and myself
have been covering this show for so many years that it s a must attend, just to see what will happen. For those who go,
you know what I m talking about.
Until next month, get them rides ready, sell the snow blower and support midget entertainers!
