1 . Score the rind of the pork belly with a sharp knife . Make sure you only cut through into the fat , not into the meat .
2 . Rub salt into the skin , ensuring it goes into the scores . Set aside for ten minutes .
3 . Preheat air fryer to 325 ° F ( 162 ° C ).
4 . Flip the pork belly skin side down and season with the rest of the seasoning .
