At this time of year there are plenty of festive moments to share with friends and family and, to celebrate, we’ ve rounded up a variety of culinary personalities to share a recipe and story related to a special occasion dear to their family or community.
Learn about Passover, the important Jewish holiday where people avoid wheat or leavened grains. The ladies behind the Monday Morning Cooking Club, a group dedicated to preserving Jewish recipes, share how to make a flourless chocolate cake ideal for eating year round on page 51.
