Mike Gore is a member of Jones Foster ’ s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Tax practice groups and concentrates his practice in the areas of employment , construction , and securities law . He represents clients in a wide variety of industry sectors as well as municipalities , routinely providing counsel in the area of employment law and practices , corporate investigations , contract review and drafting , and drafting employment policies and handbooks . In the area of construction law , Mr . Gore represents developers , builders , contractors , homeowners , business owners , and design professionals in matters involving construction delays , contract disputes , claims of construction defects , and construction liens . He also advises clients on issues involving complex and ever-changing securities laws and regulations for traditional securities as well as emerging technologies such as cryptocurrencies . He has represented issuers of securities , brokerage firms , and investors , and draws on his unique experience of working in the Investor Protection Bureau at the New York State Attorney General ’ s Office . Mr . Gore earned his J . D . from New York Law School and went on to receive his LL . M . in Securities & Financial Regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center .

Peter Henn is a certified Professional Planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners ( AICP ) who has more than 30 years of experience in land use and zoning law , local government relations , urban planning and design , and real estate development in Florida and throughout the U . S . His extensive experience in land use and zoning includes serving as counsel to major developers and investment groups in the acquisition , planning , development , financing , government relations , and disposition of high-end residential and commercial properties .
