She is the Young Lawyers Section Chair for the F . Malcolm Cunningham Bar Association and volunteers her time with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and Speak Up for Kids Palm Beach County . Michael Cardello III , a long-standing member of the firm ' s Management Committee and former Chair of the Litigation practice , has been elected Managing Partner . Leadership at the firm established the focus of the Chairman to be spearheading client service , overseeing the firm ' s long-term vision and executing its long-term plan .

Commissioners recognized Jones Foster with a proclamation in celebration of its 100th Anniversary as a private and commercial law firm in West Palm Beach . County Commissioner Michael Barnett presented the honor to the firm at the January commission . During his presentation , Commissioner Barnett reflected on the important role attorneys play in society , “ And last but not least , we must first kill all the lawyers … if you want to live in a society that is devoid of peace and order and filled with chaos . Being a lawyer myself and a proud member of the Bar , it is an honor to honor some really great lawyers in our community who have upheld what it means to be a great lawyer and an advocate for clients .” Jones Foster Chairman Scott G . Hawkins , Vice Chair Theodore S . Kypreos , and Shareholder and Board Member Steven J . He also regularly serves as an attorneys ’ fees counsel and expert witness and has been appointed by the courts as a receiver , trustee , statutory investigator ( corporate derivative disputes ), mediator , and special master given his experience , ethics , and judgment . Mr . Kypreos , a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ( ACTEC ), is an experienced trial and appellate attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of probate and trust litigation , trust and estate administration , guardianship law , and fiduciary litigation .
