• 120g icing sugar
• 450g plain flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 250g butter ( room temperature )
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1tbs milk

Method

• Preheat your oven to 160 °.
• Combine the flour , baking powder , icing sugar and butter in a mixer and mix until crumbly .
• Add remaining ingredients and mix until all combined . Be sure not to overmix .
• Divide the cookie dough into two even batches , flatten out each batch and wrap in cling wrap .
• Refrigerate your cookie dough overnight if possible , otherwise 2-3 hours is sufficient .
