Step 9 :

Using the scooped spatula , spoon out the glucose syrup .

Step 10 :

Stir together the coloured granulated sugar and glucose syrup .

Step 11 :

Put on food grade gloves .

Step 12 :

Mix the granulated sugar and glucose syrup thoroughly using your fingers until it looks like magnetic sand .

Step 13 :

Place a silicone mat on your workbench .

Step 14 : Step 15 : Step 16 :

Pour out your granulated sugar mixture onto the silicone mat surface .

Cut a strip of baking paper to the length of silicone mat .

Place the baking paper over the granulated sugar mix .
