• ¾ measuring cup

• Granulated sugar

• Gel colour of your choice

• Ziplock Glad Bag

• Stainless Steel Bowl

• Glucose Syrup

• 1 tablespoon

Step 1 :

Measure ¾ cup of granulated sugar .

• 1 scoop spatula

• 1 pair of food grade gloves

• Silicone mat

• Baking paper

• Large rolling pin

• Offset spatula

• Pizza cutter

Step 4 :

Pour the granulated sugar into the zip lock bag and place one drop of gel colour onto the sugar . Zip close the bag .

Step 5 :

Rub the gel colour into the granulated sugar until the colour is evenly dispersed .

Step 6 : Step 7 : Step 8 :

Prepare a stainless steel bowl , glucose syrup , scooped spatula and a 1 measuring tablespoon .

Pour the coloured granulated sugar in the stainless steel bowl .

Measure 1 tablespoon of glucose syrup .
