Welcome to our first Cake ! Magazine issue of 2021 !
We are happy to share with you lots of Easter tutorials and inspiration for your Easter baking this year !
This issue was lots of fun to put together . I love this time of year , spending time with the family while the weather is still beautiful . My family and I are making the most of the warmth before the cold weather sets in !
I hope you enjoy this issue filled with Easter themed tutorials and recipes for you to create and share with your loved ones . we had over 80 participants attend live and a great night was had by all .

Liz is the editor of Cake ! magazine and founder and owner of the Australian Cake Decorating Network . Liz grew up surrounded by cake , spending hours upon hours watching her mum create stunning wedding cakes ( in the days of intricate piping and extension work !). Liz is excited to have the opportunity to use Cake ! magazine as well as the Australian Cake Decorating Network to showcase the incredbile talent of cake decorators in Australia and worldwide .
