assembly company now employs 56 people. Half of its business is quick-
turns and prototypes, which it can finish within a day. The company is
proud of gender parity on the leadership team and shop floor.

“is always ongoing. It’s ever changing. It’s ever
evolving. Parts are pretty small and getting smaller
all the time,” he said. “We try to capture every
nuance of that part... you need to be more savvy.”
