In this example the Fritz engine is thinking about how to react if 20.Nd3 is answered
by 20...Rcd8, even though the best line is 20...Bh6. The advantage of this display is
that it is kept up to date even if the best line remains unchanged for a long time.

Program windows
2.15.1 Window "panes"
M e nu - V ie w
This opens a submenu in which all the the program windows are listed.
They are called "panes" because most are normally nested in the main
program window that is currently being used.
The individual panes can be switched on or off. You can also close
them directly by right-clicking them and selecting “Close”.
Here's a description of each window element:
Notation
The game notation, variations and commentary.
Clocks
Chess clocks with optional engine logo.
Main Engine
Provides information on the thought processes of the
chess engine during the game. It can include a variation
board.
Evaluation profile
Graphically displays the evaluation and times used in the
course of the game.
Extra Book pane
A separate window for the openings book "tree" with full
statistics for each move (normally this is a rider in the
notation pane).
Analysis Board
Displays a separate board for analysis.
