FUTURE EDUCATORS ADVANCE TO NATIONAL CONTEST
Eight future educators are advancing to a national competition for their award-winning skills in developing lessons and more . Students from the MISD Texas Association of Future Educators ( TAFE ) student organization competed at the state level March 1-4 in Round Rock .
These students will compete in the Educators Rising National Competition in Orlando , Florida , in June :

• Jazmin Ruiz , Frontier STEM Academy , 10th Grade

• Samantha McCain , Frontier STEM Academy , 11th Grade
• Noel Kulas , Mansfield High School , 10th Grade
• Presley Rogers , Mansfield High School , 11th Grade
