Kirk Franklin Performs at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts

en-time Grammy Award winner Kirk Franklin made a stop in Mansfield
to perform for the community while showcasing MISD students.
The chart-topper performed on Friday, Nov. 18 at the Mansfield ISD Center
for the Performing Arts. Approximately 1,500 people were in attendance.
The concert featured MISD choir students, a collective choir from Mansfield
area churches and the newly formed All-District High School Gospel Choir
as the opening acts.
All proceeds from the concert will benefit the MISD Center Arts Program,
which brings in art performances and cultural events to the students of MISD
and the community.
Kirk Franklin is known for his dynamic
performances.
District and community choirs all came together to sing the finale.
