STEM Academies Grades 3-12
Mansfield ISD has five STEM academies . These academies are centrally focused on immersing students in hands-on learning emphasized with science , technology , engineering and mathematics ( STEM ) in mind .
Early College High School Grades 9-12
The Tarrant County College ( TCC ) Southeast Early College High School at Timberview allows students to be immersed in a college-going culture in all courses . The school also gives students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma and associate degree ( up to 60 credit hours ).

The fine arts academies provides students with a rigorous academic environment while encouraging artistic exploration and integration . The program , which places a stronger emphasis on the visual and performing arts than is typically present in a traditional elementary and intermediate school setting , will give students the opportunity to delve deeper into the creative disciplines
of theatre , art , music and dance .
Two-Way Dual Language Grades K-4
MISD ’ s two-way dual language program ( TWDL ) allows Spanish and English native speakers the opportunity to learn two languages through cooperative learning and collaboration . The program also allows students to be college and career ready by becoming bilingual , bi-literate and multicultural .
