FOUR MISD BANDS EARN NATIONAL
MARK OF EXCELLENCE

n recognition of their outstanding
performances, four Mansfield
ISD band ensembles received the Congratulations to the following MISD

The Mark of Excellence is a competition
in which high school and middle school
bands, choirs and orchestras from
all across the country submit their
best recording from the spring. The
music is then judged and ranked by
nationally renowned adjudicators.
The top 25% of entrants receive the
designation of National Winner.
Those chosen in the second quarter
are named Commended Winners.
