Nourish Your Bliss 2016
MannaBliss hosted a full day yoga immersion on January 31, 2016 at the Arts Garage in Delray Brach. We celebrated and explored meditation, asana, and pranayama, as well as satsang and kirtan led by the incredible David Newman!
This beautiful event brought the south Florida LOVEolutionaries together in love and devotion! We look forward to many more gatherings nationwide! For more from David, check out our interview on page 9!

The Delray Beach drum circle is a friendly, intimate, groove-oriented event. Come by and experience for yourself the magic of this special location! Drumming, acro yoga, flow arts and more!ALL skill levels from beginner to master are welcome.
Free parking in the garage on the north side of the park (Off NE 1st street 1 block north of Atlantic Ave, 1 block east of Swinton Ave).
This event may be moved or cancelled when it conflicts with a major holiday or drumming event. It may also be cancelled if it's raining at the time & location of the event.

I Heart yEAUga Weekend
From June 3-5, 2016, Lake Worth's beautiful Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa hosted the very first I Heart yEAUga Weekend! It was a beautiful fundraising event for the American Heart Association Heart Walk of Palm Beach that hosted south Florida's top yoga teachers sharing their various practices and expertise on physical, energetic & emotional levels.
