Knead until the dough becomes elastic Let stand for about 15minutes 2lbs brown sugar 2lbs flour     4ozs fresh grated ginger        3. Cut dough into pieces.  Roll out each piece as thinly as possible and lay on a piece of Method 1. Mix all the ingridients together to form a smooth       waxed paper. 4. Place on baking sheets and bake in a hot oven for about 10 mins until dry and brown.
