Mane will be supplying staff for the cable installation, sub-station connections, top side termination and testing phases of the project. The Race Bank offshore wind farm is yet another project that will enhance the growth of the offshore wind supply chain in UK, and the project will create jobs in the UK at all levels of the supply chain.”
With 580MW capacity generated from 91 wind turbines, the Racebank wind farm will power 400,000 homes, saving 830,000 tonnes of Co2.
